I’m an independent musician and composer from Sydney, Australia. I am in a few bands, playing heavy metal and acoustic focused alt-rock, and also compose and release soundtrack style music.

I am an experienced guitarist playing for over 25 years, and more regularly in live bands and releasing music commercially for well over a decade.

After studying Audio Engineering and then Multimedia Production in the late 90s I spent many years working in the software and web development world. While doing this I continued to play and write music both for own joy and in a band environment (tracking demos, editing guitars for releases, amongst other things).

In June 2019 I released my debut solo album under the moniker Nightmares of The Sun. I wrote, performed, produced, engineered, and mixed/mastered this album in its entirety. You can read more about the production here.

In April of 2019 I released a concept soundtrack EP called The Derelict and you can read more about how it was made in this making of article.

In March of 2020 I released The Wasteland, a soundtrack for the end of the world, It's mellow, melancholy, has tension and intrigue, but an uplifting hopeful arc to it. I wrote more about that one here.

In mid 2022 I launched my new band Ever The Villain
